As a product manager in the tech startup world, I have had the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting and challenging projects. From managing core operations at a used-car omnichannel platform to developing an IoT platform for water meter companies, I have learned a lot about what it takes to be successful in this dynamic and fast-paced industry.
But what exactly is product management, and what does a product manager do?
