At
the end of the lecture, students will understand design thinking as an agile
decision-making method that can be applied to the digital era, characterized by
VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity). Student competence will
begin by understanding the concept of design thinking, identifying complex
problems, and applying methods and tools iteratively in each phase of design
thinking to achieve the right solution.
